About Me
Hi, I’m Darryl. As a registered massage therapist and movement specialist, I help athletes bridge the gap between pushing their limits and actually feeling good in their bodies.
My path started on a yoga mat, where I first learned the language of breath and tension. That curiosity evolved into a deep dive into mobility work and the technical, humbling world of handstand training. Learning firsthand that true strength requires a foundation of joint health and control. Lately, you’ll find me on the wall; my current love for rock climbing keeps me sharp and serves as a constant reminder of how vital fluid, resilient movement is for performance.
I don’t just offer short-term relief. My approach blends sports massage with practical mobility drills to fix the imbalances that lead to injury. Whether you’re a runner, a fellow climber, or a lifter, my goal is to help you move with more freedom and less pain so you can stay in the game for the long run.
