Mobility
Train Your Range. Build Your Control. Move Better.
Mobility is more than stretching.
It’s your ability to actively move your joints through their available range of motion—and have the strength and control to use that range when you need it.
RMT Lab mobility classes combine joint mobility, active flexibility, end-range strength, and controlled movement in a small-group setting.
Whether you want to improve your movement, support your training, get better at a specific skill, or simply feel less stiff in your body, these classes are designed to help you build mobility that you can actually use.
What Is Mobility Training?
Flexibility is how far you can get into a position.
Mobility is how well you can control that position.
That distinction matters.
Instead of simply holding stretches, mobility training asks you to actively move through your available range, explore your joints, and build strength and control at the edges of that range.
Over time, this can help you:
-
Move with greater freedom and control
-
Improve active flexibility
-
Build strength in deeper ranges of motion
-
Reduce the feeling of stiffness and restriction
-
Develop better body awareness
-
Prepare your body for physical activity
-
Maintain your movement capacity as you age
The goal isn't to force your body into bigger positions.
The goal is to build a body that is capable of using the range it has.

What to Expect
Every class is guided and progressive. You don't need to know what you're doing before you arrive.
01 — Explore
We begin by exploring how your joints move and identifying the ranges you'll be working with.
02 — Mobilize
You'll move through controlled exercises designed to improve your available range of motion.
03 — Control
Rather than simply reaching a new position, you'll learn to actively control it.
04 — Strengthen
You'll build strength at the edges of your range so your mobility becomes something you can actually use.
05 — Integrate
We bring the work together through larger movement patterns so you can feel the difference in how you move.
